Iguana Cayenne Red Pepper Sauce
From Costa Rica, this sauce has a precarious history. Something about a monkey, a sackful of chilies and a large green iguana. The manufacturers say "ya had to be there!" Anyhow, the name Iguana doesn't aptly describe this tasty blend of cayenne peppers, carrots, tomato paste and molasses. A light sweetness and a medium burn make it a great sauce for adventurous dining.
