Island Treasure Papaya Pepper Sauce
This all natural and sodium free Jamaican sauce is made from sweet papaya fruit and spiced with habanero peppers, onions, vinegar and Jamaican spices. Papaya, the main ingredient, is well-known in the Caribbean for having amazing digestive value. (Christopher Columbus noted that he observed island natives eating huge quantities of fish and meat, topping off their meals with generous quantities of papaya to avoid indigestion.)
