For many years he owned and operated two popular Jerk Paradise restaurants and is considered by many the "King of Jerk." Vernon's jerk is a great marinade for beef, pork, chicken or fish, and it's remarkably thick. Try diluting it with rum for a true Jamaican jerk experience. Easy mon!
