Made in Dominica, West Indies, for over 50 years, this hellishly hot sauce is rich, thick and flavorful. The combination of papaya and scotch bonnet peppers make it an excellent ingredient for cooking, and it is so concentrated that it can be diluted with vinegar or water to make it go a lot further.
