The Melinda's sauce was great and enjoyed the italian one. The one quoted that "even vampires love it" was bad. Might use it as part of a marinade but as a hot sauce...Frank's Red Hot is better. And none of them are as good as just getting the Siracha Garlic/Chili paste, which is a) hotter b) more garlicky c) tastier
