Holy crap! Can't get enough of this stuff. It does for chicken what James Brown does for music. Still love Walkerswood but for now I am on a shizzle kick.

It's not an authentic jerk seasoning, but has a great flavor that's really unique. Must be all that pineapple! I wish the Voodoo Hot was really much, much hotter...but maybe my tongue is numb!
