Blair's Sweet Death Hot Sauce is about as close as you get to see a softer side of Blair. Created from mangoes and honey and then combined with habaneros, this sauce creates a wonderful sweet heat on your tongue and a wonderful flavor on chicken, pork chops or fish. Ingredients: Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Honey, Mango, Passion Fruit, Sugar Cane, Habanero Pepper, Carrots, Modified Corn Starch, Tomato Paste, Onion, Lemon Juice, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Ascorbic Acid, Allspice, Garlic, Cloves and Black Pepper.

A Great Sauce

I adore this hot sauce. It has some sweetness & a great flavor & just enough kick to let you know it's there without being overpowering. I've been putting it on everything, including ice cream. My new favorite hot sauce!
