From Costa Rica, this is a delicate blend of tamarind, peppers, scallions and spices which brilliantly complements meat, seafood and poultry. Many food connoisseurs consider this sauce "the best overall" as it isn't bland or sweet and carries a unique light spicy flavor. Caribbean Exotic Steak Sauce

This is NOT just a steak sauce but the right addition to soups, sauces, and other meat dishes to add flavor and the right amount of zip, zest, and zing!!! It has become my favorite 'Secret' weapon and I use it in many dishes. For the past two years, I've shared it as a Christmas present with my friends. Delish!!!
