Ippy...the reptilian product development guru returned from the West Indies and Barbados with the most peculiar souvenirs. Besides the white Panama hat, he' suddenly wearing a lot of heavy gold jewelry. But, he did manage to bring back the best damn Bajan style pepper sauce, throw it on about anything!!

Great sauce!

This sauce is fantastic. The flavor is unbelievable! Mild heat, slightly chunky. A slightly sweet flavor at the end, which coming from someone who hates sweet, is mild enough to be enjoyable. Great w fish and pretty much anything. Must try.
