Great Flavor

Fantastic mustard based flavor which works so well as an accompaniment on baked or grilled fish, seafood and chicken. Not too hot and no taste of vinegar which is prevalent in so many of the hot sauces and can overwhelm the flavor of everything. I am particularly partial to using it on fish because this hot sauce really livens up the dish without destroying the delicate flavor of the fish. My absolute favorite!

This is another excellent sauce in Melinda's line. It is medium hot with a mustard-spicy flavor. It works well with fish or vegetables. It features flavor over heat, but it is not tame.
