Melinda's XXXX Hot Reserve Habanero Hot Sauce. Once upon a time, in the hot sauce world, Melinda's XXX Habanero Hot Sauce was thought to be one of the hottest sauces on the market. But those days are gone and to keep up with the red-hot competition, Melinda's XXXX Hot Reserve Habanero Hot Sauce was born. Made from specially selected extremely fiery habanero peppers, the chiles are aged and then blended with the same fine ingredients in their famous original recipe to make the new Melinda's XXXXtra Hot Reserve Habanero Hot Sauce. The best Habanero sauce ever

By far Melinda has their act together on making habanero sauce. I love the flavor and the heat is perfect for me, may be too hot for some though.

The bad old days consisted of hot sauces that offered an admixture of heat and vinegar--thoroughly unpleasant. Melindas allows the flavor of the food to come through, adding just the right amount of hot and a flavor all its own.

Best Habanero Sauce!

I dislike most habanero sauces due to the oddly sweet, dusty flavor and aftertaste, but this sauce is DELICIOUS! The flavor is robust and compliments all kinds of foods. It has a good amount of heat, but not so hot that you have to stop eating it. Fantastic combination of heat and flavor!

Best sauce out there

I've been a fan of Melinda's for 10 years or so and use a bottle of xxxx Reserve about every 1 - 2 weeks. I use it on everything. Pizza, hot dogs, eggs, you name it. To my taste, it's the best hot sauce on the market. I also enjoy a number of their other sauces, but xxxx Reserve is my everyday go to. Great sauces Melinda's. Stellar!!!

Had just gone through all my hot sauces, including some I tried for the first time. This time my order was for my favored ones and this is #3 out of the best four. I look for flavor along with heat --- easy to make HOT! but not so easy to make it palatable. Try this if you want both taste and heat.

i discovered Melinda's hot sauce at my favorite restaurant, Cactus Ya Yain Vancouver WA. I've been addicted to it ever since. I particularly like the black labels variety. It also ages quite well. I've had some in the bottle that was 10 years old and it was still delicious.

As is typical with Melinda's pepper sauces, the flavor is outstanding. The heat starts subtle then builds. The more you add, the better if you ask me. Will definitely be getting more.

This is a good habanero sauce. The peppers carry things nicely. The base sauce is tasty. They used just the right amount of onion here. The heat is certainly robust but nothing too ridiculous. It's in the same ballpark as their Red Savina sauce. Since I generally prefer the flavor profile of their Red Savina sauce, that'll keep this one from becoming a staple. However, don't let that stop you from trying it. Give it a shot on beef or venison. It'll work well with Mexican or Tex-Mex. I really enjoyed it on steak tips and egg noodles.
