Sherry pepper sauce is a 300-year-old Bermuda tradition that started with British sailors in the 1600s. Bermudans still pour sherry peppers on almost everything they eat. It's no wonder Outerbridge's famous sauce can be found in virtually every home and restaurant there. Made from Spanish sherry, American peppers and 17 spices, the sauce is aged before it is bottled.
