If you've ever been to Tucson, you may have already discovered these excellent sauces made by the Segura family. If not, you'll have a hard time finding them anywhere else. They're definitely a great addition to any hot sauce collection. The green jalapeno sauce is dynamite on any Mexican dish. The salsa ranchera, a thick, red chile sauce, is wonderful as both a table sauce and an ingredient for dishes like huevos rancheros.

Not hot. Excellent flavor.

I met the man who makes Poblano once. He's a down to earth guy with a fantastic recipe for a jalapeno hot sauce. It's a mild sauce and full of flavor. My only regret is I can't find it in bigger bottles!

I have been to Tucson and ate at the Segura family restaurant and it was great! This sauce is tasty and mild enough to train my two boys. They love it on eggs and tacos.
