If you've ever been to Tucson, you may have already discovered these excellent sauces made by the Segura family. If not, you'll have a hard time finding them anywhere else. They're definitely a great addition to any hot sauce collection. The green jalapeno sauce is dynamite on any Mexican dish. The salsa ranchera, a thick, red chile sauce, is wonderful as both a table sauce and an ingredient for dishes like huevos rancheros.

Used to have to rely on friends/relatives bringing it back from Tuscon.Glad you added it to your catalog. It's tasty, not tto hot not too mild.

I was looking for a good Ranchera sauce for some Tex-Mex dishes on my smoker and this fit the bill perfectly. Taste, Heat in a word great (perfect on chickan)-will buy this again

This sauce is exactly what I thought it would be,just like a sauce I had at a local mexican resturant and I like that.Great taste ,heat----will buy again
