The Red Savina Habanero pepper is touted in the Guiness Book of World Records as "the hottest pepper in the world". With such a distinction we figured this incendiary chile was worth basing a hot sauce on... and here it is! This sauce is not for sissy-lips. Pour with caution - this tropical blend has a hurricane force.
Ingredients: Fresh Mango, Red Savina Habanero Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Lime Juice, Fresh Garlic, and Salt.

Many years ago I started my hot sauce adventures with a bottle of this excellent sauce. While I usually prefer more heat, this is mild enough that you can fully enjoy the wonderful habanero flavor. Can't beat it.

Too hot for an early morning breakfast condiment. However it does bode well with my taste buds towards the afternoon. I carry a bottle of this stuff around with me like I do my driver's license. Yes, a spoon too. It is a rush-a-rush and a hot pick-u-up by the spoonfull. Not too bad on food either.

This sauce is very hot, but it does have some mango to balance that. Just 2-4 drops in soups, sauces or stews will have people saying wow, this is so good. Add more if you want it really hot.
