The roots of Scott's Barbeque business go all the way back to 1917 when Adam Scott first got into the BBQ business in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Their sweet, tangy North Carolina style BBQ sauce is perfect to swab on your ribs or chicken after grilling or smoking. Adam Scott, a local minister, said that the exact ingredients to this BBQ sauce were revealed to him in a dream. Well, it is time to wake up and experience the flavor of good ole' Scott's BBQ today!!

Great for Pulled Pork

If you like a tang in your BBQ then this is the sauce for you. I don't know if I would even call this a sauce though. It is a very thin sauce, mostly vinegar and spices. It has a great kick of hot and a wonderful bite of vinegar. I use it with my pulled pork, just smoke your butt, then throw it in a crock pot and pour in a bottle of this and you'll be set to go!!!
