Ingredients: Water, red peppers, salt, spices, garlic, acetic acid, xanthan gum. Sodium benzoate as a preservative.

Nice heat, great pepper flavor, no vinegar! A co-worker turned me on to this and it is a staple on my table now.


Great all purpose sauce

This is a great sauce to add to soups (or just about anything) to kick up the heat a little without overpowering the flavor. And it's always a great bargain! I have lots of wonderful gourmet sauces, but I will always have a bottle of Tapatio around.
