I have tried hundreds of hot sauces over the past 20 years, but this one is the tastiest I have found. While a very mild sauce- generally I only like sauces at least 5-10k scovilles- the richness of the chipotle flavor gives the illusion of much more heat. The bourbon cannot be directly tasted, but creates a base for the other flavors that avoids the watery or vinegary notes that define so many sauces. This is the most satisfying sauce I know of.
