Made in Dominica, West Indies, for over 50 years, this hellishly hot sauce is rich, thick and flavorful. The combination of papaya and scotch bonnet peppers make it an excellent ingredient for cooking, and it is so concentrated that it can be diluted with vinegar or water to make it go a lot further. Naturally aged and blended according to a traditional West Indies Creole recipe, if you're looking for pure heat and flavor, this is the stuff!

Use in Jambalaya. Hot but flavor is excellent. I use a lot of sauce for intensity.

West Indies Hot Pepper Sauce is the best i ever tasted. Not the hottest but definitely the tastiest and still gives a good kick!!!!!!

Tasty and perfect on tacos, and fish. Has a great burn and just love the Scotch Bonnet. This stuff is good, I have been ordering it for years. Is my "go to" hot sauce.
