Directions:

Mix all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl, except for 1/4 cup of Hot Rib Sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the mixture in a baking dish or loaf pan and cook for approximately one hour (meatloaf is done when browned on top and feels firm when pressed with a fork). Brush the remaining 1/4 cup of MO HOTTA MO BETTA CHIPOLTE ADOBO HOT SAUCE onto the top and sides of the meatloaf after cooking.
