Cha-Cha Chicken Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  Red (or Green) Seedless Grapes
  • 1 1/2  tablespoon  Mo Hotta Mo Betta Classic Jalapeno Hot Sauce
  • 1/2  cup  Mayonnaise
  • 3  each  Boneless Chicken Breasts-cooked & cubed
  • 5  each  Parsely or Cilantro Sprigs (optional)
  • 16  each  Spinach Leaves, torn into small pieces
  • 2  each  Green Onions, Minced Fine
  • 1  each  Celery Stalk-Chopped
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Let sit an hour in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend.

Garnish with tomato and avocado wedges or stuff pita bread with the salad and top with sliced tomato and avocado for the most awesome chicken salad sandwich ever!
