half boneless chicken breasts (6 oz each)

Mo Hotta Mo Betta Cayenne Garlic

can cut green beans
- 4
servings of white rice

Directions:

Skin and cube the chicken breasts. Drain pineapple, but save 1/4 cup juice. In wok or skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Cook rice. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/4 cup pineapple juice and hot sauce. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 2 additional minutes. Add the green beans, pineapple and the sweet-sour sauce. cover and cook until heated throughout. Serve over hot cooked rice.
