Black Bean Dip


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2  tablespoon  Busha Browne's Pukka Sauce
  • 1 1/2  tablespoon  Montezuma Smoky Chiptole Sauce
  • 2  Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 1  Small Red Onion
  • 1/2  Red Bell Pepper
  • 1  Small ripe tomato
  • 1  Can (16 oz.) cooked black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 2  tablespoon  Minced Cilantro
  • 1  cup  Grated Monterey Jack Cheese(optional)
  • 2  tablespoon  Chopped Scallion or Cilantro
Directions:
In a blender or food processor combine beans, tomato, bell pepper, onion, garlic, hot sauces and cilantro. Process until smooth yet slightly chunky. Scoop bean puree into a sauce pan and cook over low heat until hot, about 10 minutes. Stir in the cheese, if desired, and cook until cheese is melted. Serve immediately, garnished with scallions.
