Chicken Bouillon Cube

Curry Powder

Cloves Garlic, chopped

Green Onions, Chopped
- 2
Sprigs fresh parsley, chopped

Canned Mango Nectar
- 1

Ground black Pepper

Ripe Mangoes,peeled,pitted and sliced

Directions:

Fry chicken breast until fully cooked, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside. In blender combine: Mayo, hot sauces, bouillon cube, curry, garlic, green onions, parsley, mango nectar, salt abd pepper....puree until smooth and creamy. In bowl combine: chicken and mango slices. Pour the curry sauce on top and toss. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates. Top with chicken and mango. Garnish with parsley and chill or serve.
