Conrstarch

Oil
- 3
tablespoon
Mo Hotta Thai Tamarind Sauce
- 1/3
Chopped Green Onion
- 1/2
cup
Fried Peanuts

Directions:

Mix the chicken meat with the cornstarch and salt. Add 1 Tbsp. oil and mix for easier frying. Heat the pan, then add the other 2 Tbsp. oil. Surfry the meat until cooked. Add sauce, green onions and peanuts. Stir briefly and serve.
*For leaner cuisine, remove skin and fat from chicken meat before dicing.
