Southwest Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients:
  • 4  Large Russet Potatoes
  • 2  tablespoon  Mo Hotta Chipotle Adobo Sauce
  • 2  tablespoon  Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2  cup  Milk
Directions:
Cut potatoes, with the skins left on, into quarters. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, approximately 25 minutes. Drain potatoes. Discard the skins and transfer into a bowl. Add butter and mash by hand. Add the milk slowly and whip mixture until light and fluffy. Fold in the Mo Hotta Chipotle Hot Sauce.

Makes 8 servings.
