Buffalo Chipotle Hot Sauce Shrimp


Ingredients:
  • 2  lb  Shrimp
  • 4  cup  Water
  • 2  each  Laurel Leaves
  •   dash  Salt
  • 2  Garlic Cloves, Peeled & Chopped
  • 2  each  6 Oz. Mexican or Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2  cup  Heavy Cream
  • 1  cup  Chicken or Beef Stock
  • 4  teaspoon  Buffalo Chipotle Hot Sauce
Directions:
Wash the shrimp and place them in a sauce pan with the water, laurel leaves, garlic and a dash of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for approximately 7 minutes. Drain and shell the shrimp.

Cut cheese into chunks and using a blender or food processor, blend the cheese with the cream, the stock and the Buffalo Chipotle Hot Sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the above in a double boiler, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add the shrimp and serve over rice.
