Ingredients:

Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Sauce

curry powder

black pepper

white pepper
- 2
whole chickens about 3lbs. each
- 1 1/4

Sweet Chili Sauce
- 4
slices fresh pineapple

Directions:

Combine all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.Gently prick skin all over with fork.Add chicken to marinade mixture and rub it in. Cover bowl with plastic wrap
and refrigerate over night. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees place chicken on baking tray and bake chicken until cooked through. About 45 minutes, basting with marinade everey 15 minutes. Transfer each cooked chicken half to a platter and serve with Sweet chili sauce and pineappple slices. Serves
