can greenchiles, chopped

can refried beans

large red onion, chopped

lean ground beef

tortilla chips
- 1
large red or green bell pepper chopped
- 1

sour cream
- 1

black olives sliced
- 3/4

taco sauce

Directions:

Cook ground beef, drain fat and season to taste.
Add 3 drops Cholula Hot Sauce and onion. Spread beans in a large 13 x 9 oven proof dish and top with cooked meat.Sprinkle with green chiles, both cheeses and taco sauce. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and garnish with black olives, sour cream and bell pepper. Serve with tortilla chips around edge of platter.
