Ingredients:

  • 2 Fresh Avacados
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Minced Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (a little more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Red or Yellow Bell Pepper

Directions:

Cut the avocados into halves and remove the seeds from inside of them. Remove the pulp by scooping it out and place in a bowl. Drip the pulp with the fresh lemon juice and mash, be sure and leave some chunks of the pulp. Mix all the remaining ingredients well. Add the jalapeno to taste and then use your cheese to garnish the top...now just enjoy!
