Spicy Mexican Bean Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1/4  cup  Water
  • 1  tablespoon  Hot or Mild Chili Powder
  • 1  Red Onion, SLice or Chopped
  • 2  cup  Cooked Green Beans
  • 1  15 oz. Can Black Beans,Rinsed & Drained
  • 1  15 Oz. Can White Beans,Rinsed & Drained
  • 1 1/2  cup  Frozen Corn Kernels, thawed
  • 2  tablespoon  Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions:
Place the onion in a saucepan on the stove in the water. Cook the onion until it starts to separate into rings..usually takes 5 minutes. Add the chili powder and stir very well. Remove the sauce pan from the heat. Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss together to mix well. After this is complete, cover the bowl and chill for 1 to 2 hours. This allows all the ingredients to mix!
Feel free to add some Lizano to fire this cool concoction up a little bit!
