Tomatillo Salsa


Ingredients:
  • 8  each  Tomatillo's-Husked, Washed & Diced
  • 1  each  Bell Pepper, Red, Small-Seeded & Diced
  • 1  each  Bell Pepper, Yellow, Small-Seeded & Diced
  • 1  each  Poblano Chile, Small-Seeded & Diced
  • 1  each  Jalapeno Chile, Small & Diced (Can use Serrano Chile)
  • 2  tablespoon  Lime Juice
  • 1  dash  White Wine Vinegar
  • 1  each  Garlic Clove-Minced
  •   Salt & Pepper to Taste
  •   Pinch of Sugar
Directions:
Combine & mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refigerate for at least 2 hours. Use within 2 days.

Great by itself or spices up fish. Adds lots of great color!

Caution! This is spicy.
