Marie Sharp's Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce [10 oz.]

This hot sauce has an amazing flavor and very good heat. I will never stray.

This is a carrot-based habanero sauce, and it is hot! way back in 1991 i visited Belize... i stayed a whole week on an island called Caye Calker. it was there that i was introduced to this fine hot sauce that we used daily on fresh conch soup... i was able to buy a bottle to bring home... but for a couple of years i searched for a place in the US that i could buy this... it was elusive... after the internet took off in the mid to late 90's i started to find outlets for this and now i just get a few bottles a year and it gets used on everything!

This is really good hot sauce but you have to be a little careful with it. I keep it around all the time.

This is my absolute favorite mass produced sauce you can find in normal grocery stores. It is high in sodium but I love the heat profile and the flavor. Truly a sauce that can be used on any foods. It's one of maybe 3 sauces I buy everytime I am ordering new sauces to try.
