Savory Heat

Blind Betty's is made in the US Virgin Islands, where my husband is from. This sauce is so different than other 'hot' sauces, because it's not just heat. It's very savory, very flavorful...like a two for one deal! I had a hard time finding it in the states, since getting it shipped from USVI directly would take a while. I'm happy to have found it here.
