Heartbreaking Dawn's Jalapeno Pineapple Hot Sauce

So this is a hard sauce to describe, Its good, although not very hot at all (that's why the wife loves it so much) I would say it has more of a bite than a burn. The sauce is very heavy on the vinegar flavor but not in a bad way, that paired with the lime juice its almost tart, the pineapple adds a little sweetness but isn't overpowering and overall is a very good sauce. The addition of the carrot and onion flavors are noticeable and balanced well and when paired with their Papa Boi sauce on the same plate it is an amazing combo. The sauce is alot thinner than most sauces but it isn't to watery making it great for putting on chicken, pork, fish and other dishes. After trying it on chicken tacos I will definitely keep it in rotation. I would give them 5 stars if it were a little thicker but overall a great sauce

The taste is phenomenal. But it's almost sweet/savory, compared to sweet/hot. On par heat wise, with most table sauces. Non chili heads love it. Great on pizza, a good brush on to wings or chops. (Shrimp tacos were over the top!) Give it a 4+ on flavor, a 1+ on heat. Want to give it a 3, but it tastes so good, and I always have it in the fridge, giving a 4.
