I can't remember how I came to own this, but it quickly became a favorite. It is surprisingly spicey and likes to stick around for a while, burning your mouth. Love it. Excellent flavor. Jerk. Slightly sweet. Tangy. Some smokiness. Goes deliciously on almost everything I put hotsauce on. I use this Sauce every Labor Day as a kicker to a Diablo Sauce I make for a 350 person Pasta Fundraiser. All cooked over a wood fire. The Pain is good sauce (Batch 114) coupled with Pain is Good Bloody mary mix make comercial pasta sauce have a whole new personality. My standard is "One needs to taste the second bite".
