Not the hottest sauce out there, but definitely the best tasting, right combo of vinegar to pepper. I can't stand tabasco. to compare it to the asian hot sauces is like comparing apples to oranges. they are a completely different make up

I have loved this sauce since 1996, and have not gone a day without it in my inventory since. It is about as hot and as flavorful as Tabasco, but with texture - it's thicker. Will be a staple.

My single favorite hot sauce

This isn't a particularly 'hot' sauce, which isn't a drawback in any way. It has a great consistency, not being watery or thin. With a simple ingredient list, there is a richness and flavor throughout this sauce which makes it a fantastic accompaniment to a wide host of dishes. My personal favorite is to add it (in heavy measure) to eggs. First found this sauce labelled 'Egg & I-Yi-Yi' sauce, the on-table sauce at Egg & I restaurants. Thrilled to find it under its original name, and always order by the case now!
