The first thing that hit me was the smell. A blast of peppers slammed me in the face. Not deterred by strong spices though, I went right in and tried a few drops. The heat hits you right away, but is paired with that awesome acidity of a Louisiana hot sauce. The heat will make you excited and the flavor will keep you coming back. I was able to taste every ingredient listed. From the Trinidad 7-pot down to the lemon extract. Awesome hot sauce.
