This stuff has a reasonable amount of zing without being excessive. It has a great flavor with a modest garlic edge. I buy it by the bucket.

I absolutely love the flavor this sauce has! It has just the right amount of kick with loads of flavor that compliments most food. I found out about this sauce from a sandwich shop and I had to find it!

I'm pretty irritated...they completely ruined this hot sauce compared to what the original was. NOW it's watery and no little chunks of garlic! This is nothing like the original. I ordered this a year ago and it was a completely different sauce. The original was so so much better. Don't get me wrong this one is still OK but the original was the best! Was my favorite hot sauce! Now its some watery lame sauce. I'm truly sad and annoyed and this will be my last purchase from thus company. They could of atleast out new recipe on the bottle...
