This is a great sauce. It's not very spicy but it has some excellent flavor. It goes great on or in just about anything. Its not going to set your mouth on fire but it will definitely keep you coming back for more.

This is one of Melinda's milder sauces. It packs heat but not too much, so lots of people will be able to enjoy it. The mild heat and garlic flavor pair nicely. It can really wake up an average pasta dish or bring a piece of pizza to the next level. I keep a bottle on my kitchen table next to the salt and pepper.

Like others have said, not too hot, delicious flavor. Great on eggs and pizza. A little thicker than other sauces. If you love garlic and hot sauce, you will love this.
