I had expected more

I recently purchased a "sampler pack" of Mo Hotta sauces, rated from Level 4 to Level 10. My first foray was an aged red habanero sauce rated at Level 4. This sauce was been rated as Level 6. Under the same controlled conditions I used for the Level 4 sauce, I found this one to be less hot. This sauce - by contrast - has more flavor notes of cayenne pepper... it's more like a slightly-hotter. Based on Mo Hotta's scale, I would rate this one as more of a Level 2 or 3. Tasty, but not as spicy as advertised.
