If you want a hot sauce that has great flavor with just a kiss of Scotch Bonnet heat, try Trinidad. I use it with most everything from eggs in the morning, to soups and stews, and as part of marinades. I like it so much that my usual order is 6 bottles and only share a few.

Trinidad Xhot sauce is a staple in our family. We use it to zip up our homemade Chex Mix, many casseroles and a sauce to have on the side. It is not the hottest sauce, although it is hot, but it has a great flavor! Most hot sauces are all hot and no flavor.

Trinidad has a nice burn that doesn't hold on too long along with a great flavor. Anything can burn your mouth but to do it with flavor is classy.

Super-useful all-around, all purpose hot sauce. Heat level is medium, satisfyingly hot for most applications but definitely not scorching. Right in the middle where chiliheads and civilians can both enjoy it. Taste is fresh and lively with habaneros and various spices, not sugary at all, and not particularly vinegary. Afterburn is mild and dissipates fast. I can't think of anything this sauce couldn't work with, though sometimes I want to use a sauce with a touch more kick.

Trinidad hot sauce has been a staple for more than 10 years. It is used in tomato soup, egg dishes, casseroles, Chex party mix, etc. it has an amazing flavor. Use it to zip up any food. Love this sauce!
