Hot & Nutty Chicken Ole'
Ingredients:
- 1 cup White wine
- 1/2 cup Shallots, Chopped
- 3 tablespoon Peanut Butter, Crunchy
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tablespoon Mo Hotta Mo Betta Chiptole Sauce
Directions:
Pour wine into 12" skillet. Add chopped shallots and simmer into a reduction. Add Peanut Butter and Chipotle and stir. Add the chicken stock and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour and then serve over rice 7 noodles.
