Ingredients:

  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1/2 cup Shallots, Chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut Butter, Crunchy
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Mo Hotta Mo Betta Chiptole Sauce

Directions:

Pour wine into 12" skillet. Add chopped shallots and simmer into a reduction. Add Peanut Butter and Chipotle and stir. Add the chicken stock and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour and then serve over rice 7 noodles.
