Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 yellow onion, diced small
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4-6 ounce Mo Hotta Jalapeno C;assic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 3 juice of 3 oranges

Directions:

In a large sauce pan, heat the oil and saute the onion and red pepper over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Add the
banans, pineapple and orange juice. Simmer over medium heat until the bananas are soft. Remove from heat, add the lime juice, cilanrto,Mo Hotta Jalapeno Classic and 3 tbs of parmesan cheese. Mix well. In 4Quarts of boiling water, cook the fettuccine until al dente, about 8-10 minutes for dried pasta, 3-4 for fresh pasta. Drain and put into a stainless steel bowl. Add the spicy mixture, butter and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese.
