Great All Purpose Sauce

I currently use appx. 6 sauces as an all purpose hot sauce. I put them into my pocket if I'm going out to eat to make certain my food is always fit for a chilehead. This sauce will be making the rounds at restaurants and at home now. Delicious!

I love Scotch and Scotch Bonnet peppers. Not necessarily in that order. This hot sauce can be used on anything from meat loaf to brisket, seafood, chicken and much, much more with great results. Try a splash on a pot of freshly cooked peas or beans! Outstanding!

Best Hot Sauce Anywhere

My husband and I both tried bush a Browne's Pukka Hot Sauce while in Jamaica. We both thought it was the best hot sauce we've ever had. We can't find it in stores so we order online at Mo Hotta Mo Betta which has the best prices. If you like really hot sauces but want the best taste- this is it!

This hot sauce is not nearly as good as it used to be when we first discovered it! It has been our favorite for at least ten years. Now, however, it seems more dilute, and not as hot as it was.
The texture was lovely before -- partial drops would retreat back into the bottle. We have not yet really looked for a replacement, but it seems the past year or so has seen a decrease in the quality. Up to now it has received a 5 star rating from us, but it no longer earns that grade.

There is something about the taste of this sauce that makes me order a bottle every time I order from Mo Hotta Mo Betta. I doubt it is the best sauce I have ever tasted, but it is really useful and, as I say, there is something attractive about the taste.
