High River Sauces Tears of the Sun Hot Sauce

Really nice sauce. The taste combo of the Mango, Papaya, Peach and Pineapple is just a real flavorful combo. Not overly sickly sweet but just the right amount. While vinegar is on the ingredient list, it is apple cider vinegar and doesn't overwhelm but is there. It isn't mild, there is some heat for sure. The heat factor is medium and I find it adds nice flavor especially on chicken, eggs or pork. Perfect without overpowering. If you are looking for a super scorcher, this isn't it. I don't play the ridiculous macho heat game and I look for flavor. Tears of The Sun has it.

Very fruity right up front. Then the heat kicks in after maybe a minute. I really like the flavor of this sauce. High River made another excellent hot sauce.

I bought 4 bottles of different brands because I like a variety. This one is the best. Sweet and fruity with a little heat. I've been using it on everything and will have to order a couple more bottles soon.

Was looking forward to trying this, but it has a weird, off flavor. Also a little too much heat for our preferences.

I have reviewed this before. Still my all time favorite.

Not too bad. A little heavy on vinegar and a little light on flavor. Heat was medium.
