In 1994, a friend pulled out a bottle of Scorned Woman hot sauce in the cafeteria. It had the perfect amount of HEAT and an excellent TASTE. It's my secret ingredient in all of my hotter foods. I've had to provide several bottles to my friends in Europe - they love it.
Wish we still had the black drawstring bag - a good marketing tool and made a good change holder at the office.

This was my third order, so, obviously, we like this sauce. It is hot, but also well balanced with smoky and a bit of sweet. It's great in eggs, meat, beans, chili, or just a go-to hot sauce for the table, a versatile, all-around favorite.

I like my food VERY hot, also very flavorful. I love Scorned Woman more for the flavor than for the heat....it is not one of the hotter sauces. However, the flavor is exceptional. I love it on rice & beans...it really compliments the flavoring of the dish.

I have had three people not take me seriously about this hot sauce. A Mexican, a Texan and a Cajun all three regretted their choice. Just a dab will do you in any bowl of chili, and for tacos I recommend putting some one the plate and running the edge of the taco through the sauce. But if beyond insane hot and still be real peppers this is for you. I love the stuff most hot sauces leave me wanting to put them on like ketchup not this baby. I want an accent to the meal not some thick sauce to overtake the flavor.
