I love McIlhenny's tabasco to the point I said why mess with perfect. UNTIL I tried this. It is not crazy spicy which allows you to cover food with it. The garlic makes it so awesome especially on eggs!

This was my favorite hot sauce, and still is. Having said that they changed the branding and ingredients; it used to have golden tequila and honey and you could taste the difference. It added a subtle bite with a ton of flavor. The new one seems to be the base just without all the ingredients like that that made it really stand out. Why, CAJohns, why?
