Although I expected it to be a little hotter--and would have been happy if it was a little hotter--it is a very good moderate hot sauce.

This hot sauce is so tasty good...you can pour it on anything...hamburgers, tacos, mac n' cheese...no it is not scorching hot but it compliments anything ordinary. I am a chilehead and this is my favorite hot sauce!
