This sauce is definitely very hot! It's very thick, so a single drop is big. I like really hot food and one or two drops per taco is plenty. I'm not a big fan of the flavor, though. I decided to pour this sauce into a bottle of tabasco...works pretty well, good flavor and really heats up the tabasco.

Hot! Very Hot!

A friend of mine put this on his pizza one night. He proceeded to sweat profusely and turn pale white! If you are looking for a something unbelievably hot, this is it! Not the best flavor though but hot.

I never considered myself a lightweight. I always do things in an extreme manner. This sauce is awesome but just too hot for me. The heat in my mouth was zero issue what hit my stomach was sheer torture. My wife was so angry she thought a hospital trip was in order. I had maybe a teaspoon for my burrito. This is awsome stuff just be warned. I am rating this decent because I should not buy this again because my wife will divorce me

A mighty fine hot sauce

Maddogs 357 hot sauce is my favorite. A thick sauce with the flavor of smoked/roasted peppers, and a pleasing zing (when used in proper quantities). A couple/few drops in a bowl of chicken soup, beans or chile provides a nice zing on the tongue, opens the sinus and brings on a light sweat across the cheeks. A little goes a long way.

When my buddies get too cocky I give them a few drops of this sauce. After they get out of the fetal position and stop crying they always mention how good this stuff tastes. Sometimes they ask for more. Then they cry again.

Hot is too mild a term for this sauce

If you like hot, volcanic hot that will melt your face, this is the hot sauce for you. It's so freakin hot, it takes 30 minutes or more to cool your senses after a little bit of Mad Dog 357. Seriously, the hottest sauce I've tried in decades.
